Job Summary :

A Catering is responsible for planning and executing catering services for various events and functions, ensuring the successful delivery of food and beverages to clients and guests. This role involves managing all aspects of the catering process, from initial client meetings and menu planning to on-site coordination and post-event follow-up.

Qualifications and Requirements :

  • Male minimum age 21 y.o (1,2,3,4,5,6)
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.(1,2,3,4,6)
  • Proficiency in using equipment and tools appropriate to the job (1,2,3,4,5,6)
  • Artistic creativity, an eye for detail and presentation (1,2,3,4,5,6)
  • Knowledge of Japanese cuisine, sushi preparation techniques, and sushi knife skills (1)
  • Strong knowledge of different cheese types, their characteristics, and proper handling (3)
  • Knowledge of baking techniques, pastry production, and dessert presentation (4)
  • Extensive knowledge of various flower types, their seasonal availability, and care requirements (5)
  • Knowledge of coffee and espresso preparation techniques (6)
